In this episode of Wellness Musketeers, we will discuss the importance of scheduling annual health or physical examinations, from regular gynecologist exams to considerations related to chronic disease, cancer prevention and screening.

The answers to the questions you don't ask your doctor are the ones that can cause you the most harm.

  • When is the best time of year to get an exam?
  • How often should you get a physical exam, blood work, dental or gynecological exam?
  • What are the risks of not getting regular examinations?
  • What should you do when you are too embarrassed to ask a personal question?

We are joined by Nadine Chapman. Nadine has worked at the World Bank for 22 years with a focus and passion on conflict resolution, specifically mediation.  She has also worked extensively in the human resources, ethics, and legal departments of The World Bank.
